Inflation could be negative in spring

At the launch of the Bank of England inflation report Mark Carney said that inflation could turn negative in spring due to falling oil prices. He also said this does not mean the economy will be in deflation as prices were expected to rebound at the turn of the year.

Miliband to double paternity leave
